hello people! alright a few weeks ago i had this bizarre idea to start a book club. some many not see the bizarrity in this notion but truly there is...and there is a lot of it. in my life so far i have not been much of a reader; well not since maybe grade 4 or before that.
so here it goes!
- i'll pick 1 book at a time (feel free to give me your suggestions for books as i'll need them)
- we'll read 1 chapter a week. if you want to go ahead and read more or if the chapters are really small we may assign more. I DECIDE. haha. ok because i want it to be at a leasurely pace because after all we've all got busy lives but I also don't want the books to go on forever :s
- weekly i'll post an online forum where we can share our thoughts on what we've read etc....bare all so to speak.
- in sharing....BE AS OPINIONATED AS YOU WANT ;) i'm sure i will
- after finishing the book we'll have a get together night of wine & cheese & chocolate where we can minorly discuss the book but majorly hang out.
- if you're not local you can be SKYPED into this event and bring your own bottle too!

as it's fall and halloween is approaching i figure this classic is perfect to start with.
since it's a classic it can be purchased for cheap cheap at Chapters or rent it out at the library
